By accessing or using any part of this Website and Emfito services, you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Emfito if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
The Services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old.
1 – Your Emfito account
If you create an account for Emfito’s services, you assume responsibility for maintaining the security of your account. You are fully accountable for all activities conducted under the account, as well as any other actions associated with it. Promptly inform Emfito of any unauthorized account usage or security breaches. Emfito shall not be held liable for any actions or oversights on your part, including resulting damages. Users must be human; registration of accounts through “bots” or similar automated methods is prohibited. Provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other requested information to complete the sign-up process. In utilizing Emfito’s services, you must adhere to all laws in your jurisdiction and in the EU, including copyright and trademark laws. Creating multiple accounts or sharing your account with others is prohibited.
2 – Payment and renewal policy
- General terms
By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the monthly or annual subscription fees indicated for that plan. These fees will be charged automatically on the subscription day each month or year, depending on your chosen billing cycle. Failure to pay the subscription fees may result in the suspension or termination of your account. Please note that all fees are non-refundable once charged. Emfito reserves the right to modify subscription fees upon prior notice to users. Emfito has the right to adjust the payment terms and fees upon thirty (30) days prior written notice. Unless mentioned otherwise, the prices do not include taxes. Emfito might change the amount charged for an ongoing subscription if we’re required by law to collect new taxes.
- Automatic Renewal policy
Unless you notify Emfito before the end of your current subscription period that you wish to cancel a paid plan, your subscription will automatically renew. By subscribing to the automatic renewal, you authorize us to collect the then-applicable annual or monthly subscription fee, along with any applicable taxes, using any credit card or other payment method we have on file for you.
- Refunds and Cancellations
Emfito services are non-refundable. If you decide to cancel your account, you can contact Emfito via email or the Settings section within your account dashboard. Cancellations of paid services will take effect after your current billing cycle. Emfito will stop charging for the paid service and disable your access to paid features.

We offer Email Support for all inquiries related to our services. You can reach out via email at any time to request assistance, provide feedback, or ask questions. We aim to respond promptly and make every effort to address your needs within three business days.

Provide the following information to our designated copyright agent: a description of the copyrighted work, its location on our platform, your contact information, a statement of good faith belief, a statement of accuracy, and your electronic or physical signature. We will investigate and take appropriate action under the DMCA.
6 – Usage Restrictions
Users of Emfito are expected to adhere to certain usage restrictions to maintain the integrity and security of the platform. Unauthorized activities such as reverse-engineering the software, violating intellectual property rights, engaging in illegal activities, or attempting to access restricted areas of the platform are strictly prohibited. Additionally, users must not share their account credentials with others or create multiple accounts. Any violation of these restrictions may result in the termination of user accounts and legal action as deemed necessary. 7 – Limitation of Liability

Emfito shall not be liable to users or any third party for any termination of access to the platform. Upon termination, all provisions of these terms which by their nature should survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability, shall remain in full force and effect.
